Executive Transition
When a senior leader announces their departure with little notice, it can create uncertainty and concern across the organization. This communication plan was designed to respond quickly with timely, transparent messaging for employees, stakeholders, and partners. The goal was to reinforce stability, maintain trust, and support a smooth transition.
Change Management
To improve data-handling security across the organization, busy employees who are often resistant to change needed to adopt new behaviors. This comprehensive change management plan provided the strategy, structure, and timely amplification moments to reinforce the shift. It also included built-in success metrics to monitor adoption and measure impact over time.
Manager Training
To strengthen leadership and improve culture across the organization, newly promoted and newly hired managers need support to navigate the shift from individual contributor to people leader. This manager training program offered the structure, tools, and peer connection needed to accelerate the onboarding and quickly build essential skills.

Hi, I’m Laimin. I consider myself a master communications architect who knows how to turn vision into action. My specialty? Crafting clear, compelling strategies that connect people, strengthen culture, and spark meaningful change.
My career spans internal communications, product marketing, higher education, and non-profit leadership. Each successful pivot has sharpened my ability to adapt, connect, and deliver results. I approach my work with both head and heart: asking questions, listening deeply, and always aiming for clarity. Because at the end of the day, good communication isn’t just about what you say; it’s about how it makes others feel, remember, and respond.
I especially love designing experiences that engage and inspire, whether it’s preparing first-time managers to lead with confidence, creating internship programs that help early-career talent thrive, or building hackathons where engineers can showcase their innovative problem-solving skills. Initiatives that make people feel valued and proud of where they work are incredibly rewarding. They not only help individuals perform at their best but also contribute to the success of the entire organization.
When I’m not building communication strategies or employee engagement programs, you’ll find me playing with rescue cats, mentoring students from Canterbury Bridge, or enjoying a good novel with a strong cup of tea.

For 12 years, I taught business communications and marketing at San Jose State University, designing award-winning curricula that built confidence, critical thinking, and leadership skills. I’ve since applied those same principles in my corporate roles to create engaging onboarding journeys and leadership development programs.
Career Coaching
As an immigrant from humble beginnings, I’m passionate about mentoring underrepresented college students and early-career professionals to become career-ready through resume, interview, and networking coaching.
